Great location for the NEC and in a pleasant village. The owner was very friendly and flexible, providing useful information about nearby pubs. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was superb - they would make anything within reason. The converted stables were top quality, like staying in a fancy hotel in an idyllic country setting.
Although parking was a little tight in the courtyard, there was further parking available on the street. The decor in the bathroom looked a bit tired.

The location of the accommodation is convenient for those attending events at the nearby arena and offers a quiet setting. Previous guests have praised the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, mentioning they were well-presented with decent showers. The hosts have been described as helpful and accommodating, providing ample tea and coffee in the rooms. One guest mentioned that breakfast was enjoyable, with the option of a cooked-to-order meal.
One guest mentioned that the shower pressure was not as strong as they were accustomed to.

The owner was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. We loved being able to visit the stables and interact with the horses, it added a unique touch to our stay. the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained.
The proximity to the airport did mean that we could occasionally hear some aircraft noise, although it wasn't too intrusive as the flights stopped during the night. the free WiFi was quite slow, especially when multiple devices were connected.

The owner was really friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. It was great to have a menu of local restaurants in the room, so we could plan our meals in advance. The location was perfect, close enough to the event we were attending but far enough to be peaceful. Plus, having the stables nearby was a unique and enjoyable experience.
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear our loud neighbor on one night. It was a bit disturbing, especially since we had to work the next day.

church farm accommodation in bickenhill surpassed my previous stay. the location was ideal, close to the NEC but quiet. the new rooms were beautifully designed and the cooked breakfast was generous. plus, the friendly staff provided menus for local restaurants and even offered plates and cutlery for takeaways.
Wifi didn't connect in the room.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a cozy and comfortable room that provided a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the NEC, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast choices could be improved, as the tomato was hard and the fried egg was overcooked.

I recently stayed at Church Farm Accommodation for a few nights while attending a conference at the nearby Nat Conference Centre. The farmhouse is lovely and the converted en-suite rooms in the stable block were beautifully done with a rustic charm. Milly, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed, including a nice shower room, thick towels, and a kettle with mugs. I opted for a simple breakfast of cereal, toast, and delicious coffee. The location was interesting and I was pleasantly surprised to find horses on the property. Milly also recommended a nice place called The Boat for dinner.
I do recommend this hotel.

I really liked the charming and rustic feel of the converted stable accommodation. The wonkiness of some fixtures added to the overall charm. The breakfast served was excellent, filling, and tasty. the location was perfect for my needs as it was close to the NEC and provided a peaceful and relaxing environment.
These were minor inconveniences, but worth mentioning for those who prioritize larger towels and a bigger TV.

We stayed at a lovely cottage at Church Farm Accommodation in a remote yet picturesque village. the rooms were clean, well-fitted, and cozy, and we had all the facilities we needed. the highlight was the charming cobbled courtyard with horse stables opposite our rooms. It added to the character of the place, and we didn't experience any noise issues. Camilla, the owner, was down to earth and made us feel very welcome. the breakfast she served was delicious and homemade. The location was perfect for us, being close to the NEC and airport, and we enjoyed nice walks in the countryside. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

We booked this property for its close proximity to Birmingham Airport as we had an early flight the next morning. Our stay was perfect for this purpose. The room was clean, well-equipped, and cosy with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The host was welcoming and provided excellent service. The home-cooked breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. Staying in a family-run business with local knowledge was a plus point. a comfortable and convenient choice for a one-night stay.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
